This single storey, stone-built holiday let is positioned in Longridge, Lanchashire and can sleep four people in two bedroom.

Welcome pack on arrival. Fuel, power and honesty box of logs inc. in rent. Quality Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Secure off road parking for up to four cars. Private rear decking with patio furniture and panoramic views. Private patio with dining table and chairs. Secure external bike racks for four bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the property or on the grounds of the cottage. Shop and pub 1.3 miles. Please note: Bedroom suite 2 is immediately adjacent to but not directly connected to the main cottage, therefore this bedroom is not suitable for unaccompanied guests under 12 years (however, bedroom 1 has an additional roll out bed (making it a
family room). Sorry – Infant Guests under 5 years cannot be accommodated.
