Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Lawn and decking area with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.3 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: Check in is after 5pm. Private boat available for hire with a skipper on lake Windermere, bookable with the owners at the site for an additional cost. Electric Vehicle charging policy; please note that due to the Estate being at electrical capacity, no EV charging can be done at this property currently, but there are EV chargers near by.
