Gas central heating, fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Curbside off- road parking on a first come, first served basis.
Yard with bench. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 minute walk. Note – The kitchen is newly renovated and awaiting new photographs
