This cosy, charming holiday home is situated a short walk from the centre of Wirksworth in Derbyshire, and sleeps two people.

Electric panel heaters with woodburner. Electric oven, 3-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared off road parking for 1 car. Small patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 mins walk. Note: Restricted access to one side of double bed due to sloping ceiling, not suitable for persons over 6′ 3″. Note: Property not suitable for children under 2 years of age. Note: This cottage is next to a heritage railway line with trains passing slowly up to a maximum of four times a day on certain days; therefore some associated noise may be experienced.
