Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Stream is unfenced, please supervise children and pets at all times when outside. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250.00 which is pre-authorised on your card when booking. Please note: Can all guests please be considerate of neighbouring residents and keep noise to an acceptable level after 10pm.
